We are a long established multi-disciplinary consulting practice, desirous of consolidating our market positioning by strengthening our leadership and management structure through the selection of very professional individuals of high integrity into the following positions:

A1. GROUP HEAD/DIRECTOR CONSULTING SERVICES
He/she will be a very experienced multi-disciplinary consulting professional, with upwards of fifteen years functional/consulting experience in a well-structured management/financial consulting practice. The required competencies will include strong business development skills, with well-developed senior level contacts across industries, ideally with public sector as well as multi-lateral consulting experience. Additional competencies will include proposal preparation & presentation skills, as well as the effective Co-ordination of consulting projects. Ideal candidates will either be graduates of Accounting, finance or Business Administration with appropriate professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA AIB) or graduates of the humanities with post –graduate qualifications and relevant experience This is a senior/strategic position, required to support the office of the Chief Operating Officer of the firm.
A2. MANAGER LEARNING CONSULTING
The ideal candidates for this position will be graduates of Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines, ideally at post-graduate level will not less than ten years functional/ learning consulting or management experience in a learning consulting practice.
Suitable candidates will have very strong contacts with Learning Managers across the various sectors of the economy to facilitate the business development requirements of this role. Proposal and presentation skills, as well as the management of capacity building projects are essential pre-requisites.
Interested candidates are encouraged to take note of the performance management aspects of this position, generating training mandates, revenue and profit, as Head of a Strategic Business unit

A3. HEAD HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING
The appointee will be a graduate of the Humanities, HR, Business Administration or related disciplines, preferably at post-graduate level. He/she will have strong competencies in Business development, proposal preparation, a very good knowledge of HR Consulting products, as well as the Co-ordination of the consulting team to deliver high quality HR consulting projects. As Head of the SBU, the appointee will be responsible for budgets, revenue and profit.
A4. LEARNING/HR CONSILTING MANAGERS
These will be graduates of the Humanities, Business Administration or related disciplines with upwards of eight years relevant experience, ideally in a HR/Learning consulting environment. Business Development, and the ability to manage HR/Learning Consulting projects are essential pre-requisites of these position.

A5. HR/LEARNING CONSULTING EXECUTIVES
Suitable candidates will have similar competencies as specified for the above position derived from upwards of five years relevant experience.
A6. HEAD, OUTSOURCING SERVICES
This is a leadership position requiring a very good knowledge of the outsourcing services value chain, Business Development, proposal preparation & presentation, client relationship management are essential requirements of the position. The management of all the firm’s outsourcing contracts are key requirements of the role. Suitable candidates will have upwards of twelve years HR/outsourcing management experience, and would currently be functioning as the Head, or Deputy Head of an outsourcing function. He/she will be responsible for budget, revenue, profitability, the effective Co-ordination of the outsourcing division, and client relationship management.
A7. OUTSOURCING EXECUTIVES
These individuals will be assigned responsibilities for supporting the firm's outsourcing functions of recruitment, staff liaison, client relationship as well as the preparation of invoices & payroll for outsourced staff.
A8. SENIOR ADMIN/HR EXECUTIVES
The selected candidates will have responsibility for managing the firm’s HR & general administration requirements. HR management, purchasing, facilities management and ensuring effective functioning of the office are key requirements of the role. Suitable will have upwards of five years’ experience in HR/general administrative duties.
