The saying, "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger," resonates deeply with me, especially after a recent experience that left me profoundly shaken. This encounter with loss reminded me of our human vulnerability and the powerful grip of our emotions.

For too long, I've shared words of encouragement with my followers both online and offline. Today, I want to reach out to those who might need to hear this: You will get through this. Pain, like a challenging subject in school, is both a teacher and a healer. Though it may seem contradictory, it is through the pain inflicted by life's trials that we find the strength to heal and mature. As I recently told someone, how can you teach a subject you haven't experienced yourself?

Our goal is to grow, learn, and mature, to graduate from this school of life without any unfinished business, and move on to a higher level where we can serve as guides to those just beginning their journey.

To emphasize my point, let me share a quote by Etienne de Grellet: "I shall pass this way but once; any good that I can do or any kindness I can show to any human being; let me do it now. Let me not defer nor neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again."

Never despair. Reach out and seek help when you need it, and offer help whenever you can. As humans, we must continually strive to better ourselves and those around us.

Thank you.
