Lies! I listened to landmark owner himself.
He said if the original plan was followed, he will not be affected
Gboom:

Have you to the landmark area before?
I tell you if the project original plan was followed, the parking lots of landmark, their high-rise building would have gone thereby killing the business completely.
It is easy for you bigot to ignorantly castigate the government because it is not obi that is in power

They have just reverted to the original plan. Claiming the beachfront is a new plan

Direct the first part of your comment to those who are best in a position to answer it: Tinubu and Buhari.
As for the second part, a quick Google search will do you a lot of good.

can you show me the "comment" I made that I should direct to tinubu and buhari?

have you done a "quick google search" and you found the answers to my questions there?

was it strong hatred for the country that made tinubu and buhari to continuously hound and criticise every thing jonathan did even when they knew they had nothing to offer nigeria?

concerning the road, can you pls tell me what nigerians stand to benefit from this road?

I like the way you took time to respond.
I know that environment very well, the road will be too narrow and there is no way his parking lot and their high rise along the without a reasonable road setback won't be affected.
Mind you a lot of people are affected too; I know a man that bought that land meant for coastal road which Lagos demolished the fence he mounted in 2021 but he brought DSS the following day to chase people around the place, I know for now, he will only solicit for compensation.

Some people never believed that the project will see the light of the day because it has been abandoned for long time

Honestly, this quack engineer ruffles everyone up, including journalists because he is not as bright (smart) as he projects himself to be.

This is my greatest worry with the "Umahis" period.
some one that wasted tax payers money on an equivocal airport

What do you expect

Is that how silly or sick you Igbos are?
Some president only needs to instruct one of you and boom they will start killing their fellow Igbos or they start demolishing the businesses of fellow Igbos?
Think before you talk.

Lol.... He told Laila Johnson of Arise TV that he was raised in the village and that he doesn't understand phonetics.
Maybe he has a general problem with comprehension not necessarily about where he was raised because their are a lot of bright kids in the villages that understand phonetics and more.

Now the chicken has come home to roost
Is it only Landmark beach that is affected, what about Sol beach,The Good Beach, etc

At the end of the day whoever is not affected will approve the project and whoever is affected will be strongly against it. Then of course there are those who are not affected in any way but their strong hatred for the country will always make them criticise everything.

Constructive criticism is not hate you know

Well, there's a building in foshan(jishanwa) if I'm correct with the spelling.. the owner of that building was offered an opportunity to choose any bedroom of his choice, the government will buy for him, and still pay him monthly payments for the use of his land because road will be Constructed there, after much promises the man still refused to give in, the government left the land and built a road in front of the house, the road passed his front since his land no reach there, now what I'm saying in essence be say, we need to start respecting people's rights and seize from demolition without compensation no matter if the land was sold wrongly, because before building, you go to government to collect approval and all yet they didn't tell the owner otherwise then after building the same government will come to demolition saying it was built illegally... just saying

No offense

Followers are actually the lunatics who wont want and see anything good in the country, the submarine cable benefits the whole nation , landmark is for private individual.... by the way oniru is also affected likewise several others, they are not blackmailing the govt
But when a journalist asked him if final environmental Assessment have been taken he was admiring her accent and not taking the questions serious, so they are just noticing now it would affect those cables

'Billions' of business..do you mean those shanties on.the beach and swiming pool is Billions.
