Location: Abuja, Aba, PHC and Enugu

Qualification/Skills/Attributes
Bsc/Hnd is any field
5-8 years’ experience in sales of non-alcoholic wine, (energy drinks, whisky, brandy etc)
Must have a good distribution channel
Must have valid driver’s licence
Must be smart with high level of integrity
Solution oriented and problem solving
Entrepreneurial approach
Good team player
Must be very social and very willing to work late nights especially during weekends

Job Description

• Primary and secondary target achievement of your assigned territory
• Engage in vigorous activation of the brands periodically
• Work on visibility of the brands in your assigned territory
• Monthly sales planning and forecasting, taking into account the shelf life of the products
• Channel management
• Month wise business forecasting, bench marking the previous year
• Data management of the distributor, wholesalers, supermarkets and retailers contact address and phone number.
• Competition tracking and making proactive plans to counter new entrants into the market.
• Allocate manpower in different areas depending on need to develop such area.
• Training subordinates to develop requisite skills, conducting training on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills.
