Job Title: Business Development Manager

*Responsibilities:*

1. Sales Strategy and Goal Achievement:

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Devise comprehensive sales strategies in alignment with company objectives to drive revenue growth.

Achieve Sales Targets: Set, pursue, and surpass ambitious sales targets, utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies.

2. Partnership Development:

Identify and Cultivate Partnerships: Identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and foster collaborations to expand market presence.

Strategic Alliances: Develop strategic alliances with key industry players to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine products and services, contributing to continuous improvement.

4. Reporting and Communication:

Regular Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, supply chain efficiency, and partnership development for presentation to the management team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach towards company goals.

5. Training and Development:

Sales Team Support: Provide support and training to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their targets.

Personal Development: Stay abreast of industry best practices and participate in relevant training programs to enhance personal and team capabilities.

*Qualifications and Requirements:*

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development and achieving sales targets In the hospitality industry.

2. Strong understanding of restaurant scaling and management.

3. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

4. Ability to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships.

5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software.

7. Must Live on the Island, Lagos State.

*Other Benefit:* Competitive commission on sales

*Salary:* ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
