After their military bases were removed from neighboring countries? It seems they have gone there to collect bribe so that they will relocate the military bases to north. Just wait and see how US and France will relocate their bases to the north since it’s closer to Niger abd Burkina faso.

That means they are mentally disabled. If you can't proffer a solution to a problem you promised to solve if elected and that you have to travel out to enjoy yourselves to generate an idea of what to do to solve the problem you created or enabled to grow, it means you're mentally deficient.
