You have family , relatives. ..Just call one of them to send you a copy of there prepaid ticket or just collect the meter number and buy unit online via opay or the electricity company in charge ....that way you will have the ticket to present . The address on the electricity bill must correspond with your address on the bank account.

First bank and their wahala. Had similar experience. I was told I can't withdraw via the counter cause the name on my bvn details doesn't match the one with my account. The same bank enrolled me for BVN o. Cause of the stress and their stupidity, I had to open another account with different bank.

If the school hostel where you reside uses prepaid meter, get the meter number (students affairs department or SUG can assist here), and buy 1000 naira worth of units using Opay or Palmpay app. Then download and print out the receipt.
