Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. This role requires discretion and confidentiality due to exposure to sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Screen and direct phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries or routing them to appropriate parties.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
4. Coordinate and assist with meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
5. Conduct research and compile data as needed for projects or reports.
6. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
7. Manage expenses, invoices, and reimbursements.
8. Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively provide support to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
7. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
8. Professionalism and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
9. Bachelor's degree
10. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
