Good morning, you won’t find ORI on any Japanese vocabulary or sort. ORI is a Yoruba word.
smiley you’re welcome smiley

Good morning!
I wanted to read it in Japanese. So I can understand well. But I couldn't find out that story in Japanese.

I tried to check it in English? Yoruba language?
Then I found it! I read "THE STORY OF OLAJUMOKE".

If I'm not misunderstood, Olajumoke is a beautiful woman.
Ori is a handsome man.
She fell in love with him. But after she wanted run away from him.
Something like that?

Yeah that’s the story but ORI is not a man, he’s a body less creature in the form of a human head, he borrows body parts whenever he visits the world of men.The story goes way more than that and it’s better you hear it from a Yoruba elder, the internet won’t give you much

34. KRAKEN

The Kraken is a legendary sea monster of gigantic size and cephalopod-like appearance in Scandinavian folklore. According to the Norse sagas, the kraken dwells off the coasts of Norway and Greenland and terrorizes nearby sailors. Authors over the years have postulated that the legend may have originated from sightings of giant squids that may grow to 13–15 meters (40–50 feet) in length. The sheer size and fearsome appearance attributed to the kraken have made it a common ocean-dwelling monster in various stories. The kraken has been the focus and fear of many sailors passing the North Atlantic and especially sailors from the Nordic countries.it is primarily as a large octopus-like creature, and it has often been alleged that the kraken might have been based on sailors' observations of a giant squid. The kraken is also depicted to have spikes on its suckers. In the earliest descriptions, however, the creatures were more crab-like than octopus-like, and generally possessed traits that are associated with large whales rather than with giant squid. An ancient, giant cephalopod resembling the legendary kraken has been proposed as responsible for the deaths of ichthyosaurs during the Triassic Period.

35. LEPRECHAUN

A leprechaun is a diminutive supernatural being in Irish folklore, classed by some as a type of solitary fairy. They are usually depicted as little bearded men, wearing a coat and hat, who partake in mischief. In later times, they have been depicted as shoe-makers who have a hidden pot of gold hidden in the deepest side of the Irish country side.It is dado that whoever captures the Leprechaun has the right to take its gold but the leprechaun doesn’t make it easy for anyone to take its gold away.

36. EACH UISGE

The Each-uisge is a water spirit in Scottish folklore. It usually takes the form of a horse, and is similar to the kelpie but far more vicious. The each-uisge, a supernatural water horse found in the Scottish Highlands, has been described as "perhaps the fiercest and most dangerous of all the water-horses".Often mistaken for the kelpie (which inhabits streams and rivers), the each-uisge lives in the sea, sea lochs, and fresh water lochs. The each-uisge is a shape-shifter, disguising itself as a fine horse, pony, a handsome man or an enormous bird such as a boobrie. If, while in horse form, a man mounts it, he is only safe as long as the each-uisge is ridden in the interior of land. However, the merest glimpse or smell of water means the beginning of the end for the rider, for the each-uisge's skin becomes adhesive and the creature immediately goes to the deepest part of the loch with its victim. After the victim has drowned, the each-uisge tears him apart and devours the entire body except for the liver, which floats to the surface.

38. SERPOPARD

The serpopard is a mythical animal known from ancient Egyptian and Mesopotamian art and stories. It is a portmanteau of "serpent" and "leopard", derived from the interpretation that the creature represents an animal with the body of a leopard and the long neck and head of a serpent. However, they have also been interpreted as "serpent-necked lions".
It is usually identified as a feline, and with close inspection resembles an unusually long-necked lioness. It bears the characteristic tuft of the species at the end of the tail, there are no spots, the round-eared head most closely resembles the lioness rather than a serpent, because serpents do not have ears, and there are no typical serpent features such as scales, tongue, or reptilian head shape. It is said to symbolize “chaos”

39. LADON

Ladon is the serpent-like dragon that twined and twisted around the tree in the Garden of the Hesperides and guarded the golden apples. He was killed with a bow and arrow by Heracles. The following day, Jason and the Argonauts passed by on their chthonic return journey from Colchis, hearing the lament of "shining" Aegle, one of the four Hesperides, and viewing the still-twitching Ladon.

Ladon has several proposed origins, each of which placed him at an archaic level in Greek myth: the offspring of "Ceto, joined in heated passion with Phorcys or of Typhon, who was himself serpent-like from the waist down, and Echidna. LADON is known as the Dragon which guarded the golden apples was the brother of the Nemean lion.

Gorgons are creatures described as having hair made of living, venomous snakes and horrifying visages that turned those who beheld them to stone. Traditionally, two of the Gorgons, Stheno and Euryale, were immortal, but their sister Medusa was not and was slain by the demigod and hero Perseus.

41. CERBERUS

CERBERUS (I know a lot of people might be familiar with this one) is a creature often referred to as the hound of Hades, is a multi-headed dog that guards the gates of the Underworld to prevent the dead from leaving. He was the offspring of the monsters Echidna and Typhon, and was usually described as having three heads, a serpent for a tail, and snakes protruding from multiple parts of his body. Cerberus is primarily known for his capture by Heracles, one of Heracles' twelve labours.

But despite being so popular did you know Cerberus had several multi-headed relatives. His father was the multi snake-headed Typhon, and Cerberus was the brother of three other multi-headed monsters, the multi-snake-headed Lernaean Hydra; Orthrus, the two-headed dog who guarded the Cattle of Geryon; and the Chimera, who had three heads: that of a lion, a goat, and a snake.

42. CHRYSOAR

CHRYSOAR was a son of the Gorgon Medusa who, together with his twin-brother Pegasus , was born from the bloody neck-stump of his beheaded mother.

Khrysaor was usually described as a giant but, at times envisaged as a winged-boar. The vase paintings of him rightly depicts such a creature on the shield of Khrysaor's son Geryon.

Khrysaor's name means "golden-blade" which could be a sword, tusks, or, as in the case Demeter's title Khrysaoros, a reference to golden blades of wheat.

44. BOWTRUCKLE

The Bowtruckle is a hand-sized, insect-eating, tree dwelling magical beast with long sharp fingers (two on each hand), brown eyes, and a general appearance of a flat-faced stick figure made of bark and twigs, which served well as camouflage in its natural habitat. They are immensely difficult to spot.
The Bowtruckle exists in western England, southern Germany, and certain Scandinavian forests. Bowtruckles served as tree guardians for their home tree, which was usually a tree whose wood was of wand quality (such as a Wiggentree). The twig-like fingers were well adapted for digging out wood lice in trees and could also be used as a weapon against a foe when aimed at the eyes.
A group of Bowtruckles was called a branch.

It was generally a peaceful creature, but it may attempt to gouge out an attacker's eyes if anything threatened its tree or itself, and was adept at dodging most types of charms. In order to take leaves or wood from a Bowtruckle's tree one would have to offer it wood lice or fairy eggs as a distraction

45. GRINDYLOW

Grindylows are supernatural creatures that appear in the folklore of England, most notably the Lancaster area. They are diminutive humans with scaly skin, a greenish complexion, sharp claws and teeth and long, wiry arms with lengthy fingers at the end. They dwell in ponds and marshes waiting for children to come by. When they spot some children they grab them with their shockingly strong grip and drag them under the surface of the waters. Grindylows have been used as shadowy figures to frighten children away from pools, marshes or ponds where they could drown.

47. BUNYIP

The bunyip is a creature from the aboriginal mythology of southeastern Australia, said to lurk in swamps, billabongs, creeks, riverbeds, and waterholes.
The bunyips are presumably described as seen by witnesses to resemble seals or swimming dogs, and about 20% of the sightings are of long-necked creatures with small heads; the remaining descriptions are ambiguous beyond categorisation. The seal-dog variety is most often described as being between 4 and 6 feet long with a shaggy black or brown coat. Legends tell of a creature with round heads resembling a bulldog, prominent ears, no tail, and whiskers like a seal or otter. The long-necked variety is allegedly between 5 and 15 feet long, and is said to have black or brown fur, large ears, small tusks, a head like a horse or emu, an elongated, maned neck about three feet long and with many folds of skin, and a horse-like tail. The bunyip has been described by natives as amphibious, nocturnal, and inhabiting lakes, rivers, and swamps. Bunyips, according to myths can swim swiftly with fins or flippers, have a loud roaring call, and feed on crayfish, though some legends portray them as bloodthirsty predators of humans, particularly women and children. Bunyip eggs areknown to be laid in platypus nests.
The bunyip appears in Ngarrindjeri dreaming as a water spirit called the Mulyawonk, which would get anyone who took more than their fair share of fish from the waterways or take children if they got too close to the water.

48. SPRITE
Sprite are magical creatures mostly associated with fairies, but they are mainly assigned to various elementals, therefore they are also known as elemental spirits (e.g water sprites, tree sprites e.t.c)
Some legends have it that Sprites take pleasure in causing havoc/splitting up people then fixing things up again (bringing them back together)

Now you wonder why that drink is named “SPRITE”

According to religious traditions, repeated sexual activity with a succubus can cause poor physical or mental health, even death. In modern representations, a succubus is often depicted as a beautiful seductress or enchantress, rather than as demonic or frightening. The male counterpart to the succubus is the incubus.

Mocked and excluded by his peers because of this trait, the reindeer proves himself one Christmas Eve with poor visibility due to inclement weather. 51. LEVIATHAN
LEVIATHAN is known to be a type of sea serpent noted in theology and mythology. It is referenced in several books and literature texts ;it is also mentioned in the Book of Enoch. The Leviathan is often an embodiment of chaos and threatening to eat the damned after life. In the end, it is annihilated. It is commonly identified with the demon of the deadly sin envy. According to the Ophite diagram, the Leviathan encapsulates the space of the material world.

One school of thought says they were created by God to serve and pass judgement on the world but then they grew a huge appetite and craving to end all life on earth...

Kitsune are intelligent foxes that possess paranormal abilities that increase as they get older and wiser. According to yōkai folklore, all foxes have the ability to shapeshift into human form. While some folktales speak of kitsune employing this ability to trick others – as foxes in folklore often do – other stories portray them as faithful guardians, friends, and lovers. The more tails a kitsune has – they may have as many as nine – the older, wiser, and more powerful it is. Because of their potential power and influence, some people make sacrifices to them as to a deity. One very popular type is the legendary NINE TAILED FOX
