Is it possible to start my own culture and indoctrinate people into it?
I am not sure if "indoctrinate " is the proper English to use

Yes! All cultures were started, consciously or unconsciously by someone. L.Ron Hubbard said "the greatest achievement any man can make is if they are able to found a religion." Then he went ahead and founded the Church of Scientology religion. Sometimes you have to use what people believe in already to build your culture just like the 'christianese' culture we see in our pentacostal churches nowadays. Their founders used the bible to build empires in their names even though most of them do not even believe in God.
