It's safe to buy it....the network would be unlocked using a chip for you to make calls and it works. The only downside is that you might experience some intermittent network issues(it doesn't happen regularly or it might not even happen at all). If it does happen you can always fix it yourself or leave the phone for some time and it will fix itself, that's all).

I have an 11 pro 64gb for 290K though, it's factory unlocked and very neat with 90% battery health. The only caveat is that the screen has been changed. The phone works perfectly.

If you decide on getting the chip, insist you want an Ultra chip

Bro. I just got the same phone you are planning to get for 430k (US Used). I’ll advise you don’t get a network locked type. The network wahala you’ll face eh, the phone might turn out useless after all. This is why it is going for that cheaper price. Your budget could actually get you a nice UK/US used XSMAX. Probably go for that, else you are wasting your money bro.

And pls buy from a trusted seller .

There’s nothing wrong with a network locked phone as long as you have a second phone that you can use for making calls…..I’ve used multiple network locked iPhones, I use them for gaming and socials mostly and I have another phone I use for work and making calls….the only con that I’ve found is, I have to always carry a second phone if I want to make calls, or carry a mifi along with my Locked device. But then my locked device battery life lasts a lot longer than normal phones cos it’s always only on Wi-Fi. Goodluck in whatever choice you make 👍

It's a much more stable chip. Price depends on who's selling to you
