The first time I came to terms with how dangerous the "Oga's Wife" mentality is was in a barbershop. Like most of the comments on the post, their conversation was filled with admiration for her choice to become "Oga's Wife." i can understand why any person would want to be oga's wife or even oga's brotha/sista/uncle/aunt etc etc. the minute they are related to someone with little power, they automatically believe that the power is theirs as well (and often, oga confirms that it is)

any person would change when they become the partner of a powerful person.
