I propose a mandatory sanity check for all public officials on all levels, before they are permitted to enter office.

This one has obviously failed and should be removed from office and thrown in a psychiatric clinic or prison.

Yankee101:
What education related qualification do you have that qualifies you to be a minister of education
IT professionals have different qualifications and certifications that allows them to practice abroad while sitting in nigeria in boxers
Kill joy people. Even the US doesn’t restrict IT like that

Exactly!
This dumbfvck of a minister only creates an opportunity for his people to accept briberies. Somewhere around 2006 they tried to enforce the registration of ICT professionals with a chamber of some sort, and that failed big time.
If you work for a Nigerian company, they want you to register. And if you work from home, you are at high risk of being labelled as a scammer and arrested. Stupid fvcks running this place.

What is the sense in what you wrote?
What exactly are they regulating.. I have attended CPN conference in Abuja, it's a complete waste of time.
What larger picture of development, in IT you either know it or you don't.

Don't mind them, I.T. which is very dynamic, is what they want to regulate. If they don't have better policies to formulate, they should leave the job and return all the salaries they collected.
