Please guys. I have some money. A little over 600k, Im thinking maybe to use the money to rent another house or carry am go build something for my developing site? My current place isn't comfortable enough and I feel the need for more space for me and my family.. Do not mind my grammatical error. Just drop your advices please. Thank you

600k can't do anything at the moment at your building site. Were is your location, materials are expensive at the moment but just try ok

Exactly my thought, I'm close to finishing. Tilling the whole house, sitting room and dinning pop and the toiletries is all that's left to be done, it's a 3bedroom flat between.

Budget 1.8m to 2.5m.
600k.tiles..cement....small TV design pop..80k.wardrope,kitchen..forget p.o.p roofing.

If the chances you'd hold such amount this year again is low I'd advise to just use the money to make your building a little more comfortable for your family. With time they will adjust and make it home.

Yes, it has been roofed, considering my two kids education and my wife's job is what has been keeping us around my current place, Plus the place is still no where near development

If the 600K is enough to put the house in a habitable condition then go ahead otherwise it's better for you to just go and use the money to rent a bigger apartment

I'm an handy man by trade. Just scared what the future would hold if I should opt to rent a bigger apartment. You know? Fear of the unknown kinda thing
