It’s common knowledge that mothers go through massive physical, mental and emotional changes. Thereby making our minds filled with doubts and fear of failure.

The media, movies, etc. also complicate matters by painting an imaginary picture of mothers who can seldom does wrong.

Daily, moms are placed on a pedestal that’s unrealistic. The result; it’s widely believed that motherhood is all rainbows and sunshine.

Well, newsflash!Mothers are humans too!

While feeling some self doubts is perfectly natural. For some, feeling like a bad mother or father can become crippling and actually thwart their parenting capability, ushering in a never-ending cycle of doubt.

Dear Mamma,

As a mom, your mind will always be filled with doubts and questions which are natural.

You’re thinking about what kind of mother you are?

If you've been doing a good job of giving your children the love they deserves?

If you are ever going to match the levels your family or society set for you?

If you will be able to give your baby a life of safety and comfort?

Catch a break mamma!

Dear Mamma,

On the day you feel like a "failure", sit for a moment, look at your child and think about everything you've had to give up and are still willing to give if it boiled down to it.

Realize that some days are tough but it's nowhere near your fault.

Guess what?

You couldn't have had a child that beautiful and smart and intelligent, if you weren't doing a good job!

You're doing what only you can do for your child and that makes you perfect.
