I checked out an apartment and I like it, so I proceed to make payment the next day which was on a Friday, later that day I was moved to another branch and I would not be needing the apartment I paid for anymore, I communicated this information to my landlord the next day which happens to be on a Saturday...its a week now he hasn't refund my money and now saying he will return my money whenever he gets someone else to rent the place ...plss what can I do ..this happened in lagos
