If you are experiencing this problem; after downgrading windows 8 to 7, and experiencing bluetooth not working, including WiFi not working, install the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 ( or a higher version may also work) from the HP.com official site. Ensure you have the serial number of your laptop ( it is on your original battery , manual or underside of your laptop). Then install the Bluetooth driver/ WiFi driver, which you can get on the hp website also. Thank you. cc: Seun, lalasticlala 1 Like |
