I did my BBC subscription on 7th of Dec 2013, was notified that my subscription will expire on 13(h of Dec, since they claimed to have given me 1week free subscription, only for me to notice that from the 4th of Jan, 2014 that I could not have acces to internet when theres no credit on my phone, if I ve credit on my phone, they charge me on pay as u go, I called their customer care to lay my complaints, and they said that my subscription has not expired but that I ve exhausted my data for the month, pls has any one experienced this before? |
