First, you need to ascertain the level of strength each talent holds. For instance, you may be a talented crafts man, singer and speaker but you may also not be very skilled in all three area because talent needs to be worked upon. Then, apply yourself to becoming an expert in the areas of your talent by identifying your crowd (that is the people in need of your impact)and consistently offering your service to them. The major challenge is identifying each talent you hold and building them. |
