That aside, it isn't Seun that needs to deactivate anything, it is you that needs to garner some self control.

Your post is like a recovering alcoholic asking a bar owner near his house to ban him from entering their bar. You are better of finding out how to beat your addiction.

I myself was on a footballing website once, everyday before I started work, I must access it regardless of how much work was waiting. Even though I got good information from there and donated annually towards server upkeep until they brought adverts in to ensure that wasn't needed, when I realised I was taking it too seriously, I simply vowed not to return, over two years now, my account is still there and I haven't logged in once.
