A Growing ICT Business Operating from Port Harcourt, Rivers State would need the services of a Personal Assistant to take manage the founders calendar and take up some tasks currently being carried out to ensure efficiency.

The personal assistant would work directly with an official of the Company and would have the following responsibilities:

Reviewing To Do list Daily/Weekly and ensuring tasks are optimized and carried out on Time
Organising the Calendar
Reviewing and Organising email traffic
Minute Taking
Answering Calls
Making Travel arrangements
Handling all personal bookings and errands
Taking and delivering all messages
Accompanying official on certain business meetings
Any other administrative tasks as required.

Applicants must possess the following skills and experience

Applicant Must be a Graduate
Applicant must be able to manage many projects at once and super organized
Highly proficient in Google Calendar, Canva, Calendly, Todoist
Can move fast with minimal/no errors
Is proficient with all things Technology and determined to learn new things quickly
Highly adaptable and driven
Have a never say never attitude
Able to catch even the smallest grammar mistakes
Ability to work without supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous Personal Assistant Experience is desirable
Good Typing Speed
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Great at Getting Things Done
A great work ethic
Attention to detail
Extremely Punctual
